Visual Testing (VT)

Visual Testing (VT)

Direct and aided visual inspection for surface damage, corrosion, distortion and general condition assessment. Used as a primary inspection method or in combination with other NDT techniques.

  • Structural areas & access zones

  • Post-event inspection (impact/FOD)
  • General airframe condition evaluation
Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT)

Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT)

Surface crack detection using visible or fluorescent penetrants. Effective for identifying fine surface discontinuities on non-porous materials.

  • Engine and airframe metallic components
  • Welds and machined parts
  • Crack confirmation after repair or cleaning
  • Surface fatigue crack detection
Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)

Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)

Surface and near-surface discontinuity detection for ferromagnetic materials. High sensitivity for fatigue cracks and grinding-related defects.

  • Landing gear steel components
  • Shafts, brackets and fittings
  • High-stress structural elements
  • Fatigue crack investigation
Eddy Current Testing (ET)

Eddy Current Testing (ET)

Electromagnetic inspection method for surface and near-surface flaw detection in conductive materials. Suitable for crack detection around fasteners and localized corrosion assessment.

  • Fastener holes & lap joints
  • Surface crack detection on aluminum alloys
  • Local corrosion investigation
  • Conductivity-related evaluations (as applicable)
Ultrasonic Testing (UT)

Ultrasonic Testing (UT)

Volumetric inspection and thickness measurement using ultrasonic waves. Suitable for internal defect detection and material integrity evaluation.

Typical applications

  • Thickness measurement & corrosion monitoring
  • Internal flaw detection in components
  • Composite/bond integrity evaluation (as applicable)
  • Post-repair verification
Radiographic Testing (RT)

Radiographic Testing (RT)

Volumetric inspection using X-ray or gamma radiation techniques (as applicable) to evaluate internal structure and hidden defects.

Typical applications

  • Internal discontinuities and void detection
  • Verification after repair
  • Limited-access structural areas
  • Condition confirmation for maintenance decisions

Reporting & Operational Support

All NDT inspections are documented with method identification, inspection area, findings description, applicable references and supporting evidence where required.

Where applicable, certification can be issued with EASA Form 1.

Services are available for on-site execution, AOG response and scheduled maintenance worldwide.
