Service Overview

Aeronergic provides EASA Part 145 on-wing borescope inspections for the Pratt & Whitney Canada PW530 powering aircraft such as the Citation Bravo. Our teams deliver rapid 24–48 hour turnaround and 24/7 AOG response, issuing an EASA Form 1 on completion. Inspections use high-resolution videoscopes with 3D measurement and result in a clear digital report with annotated photos/video and OEM-referenced acceptance criteria. PW530 inspections target the engine’s known drivers of performance and reliability: HP compressor (IGVs and stages, with particular focus on the 2nd-stage HP rotor for nicks, tip rub, and FOD), reverse-flow combustor (outer liner cooling ring integrity, burn-through, hot spots), and the hot section (HPT/LPT blades and vanes for cracks, coating loss, oxidation, and tip erosion). We also check for carbon/oil deposits in accessible bearing cavities. Findings are quantified, trended, and tied to AMM limits with clear recommendations—return-to-service, re-inspect at the next interval, or maintenance action—minimizing downtime and protecting asset value.
